We will enrol you onto the Hillbreak Learning Hub where you will be able to access all the materials used in your course. A welcome email will be sent from: The Hillbreak Learning Hub ([email protected]). There’s a small possibility that this will divert to your spam folder so please check that location if you are expecting an enrolment but no email has arrived.
If there are live learning sessions included in the course, you will receive calendar invitations either from your own organisation or from our Learning Support Team, depending on whether Hillbreak or your employer has responsibility for managing invites and attendance.
You can book onto the Real Estate Fundamentals for ESG & Sustainability Professionals course on the Hillbreak website or by emailing us at [email protected].
Please email the Learning Support team at [email protected].
Depending on the course, it may be that Hillbreak or your own organisation is managing invitations. Please email your organisation contact or the Hillbreak Learning Support team at [email protected].
From your dashboard, find the course you wish to access and click "Start Course".
Some organisations restrict the viewing of embedded content. This should have been resolved with your organisation's IT team. If you find something that doesn't work or doesn't look right, please contact the Learning Support team at [email protected].
Our workbooks are editable PDFs and are designed to help you structure your notes and follow along with the course or live session content.
These should be downloaded to your device and opened in a PDF editor from where you can save your changes.
Bear in mind that edits you make to a PDF opened in a browser window may not be saved.
Much of our content is proprietary and is not available for use or distribution outside of the Learning Hub.
Please let us know at [email protected] as soon you are aware that you are running late. Let us know when you expect to arrive and we can let your instructors know.
If you were booked onto the course by your employer, please contact your company’s primary contact for the training programme, details of which will be in the calendar invitation for the session.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate you in another group, this is not always possible and your employer may have specified some specific principles or rules around this.
If you booked the course yourself, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to transfer you to another session or future course but this cannot be guaranteed, as per our Terms of Booking. The more notice you can provide, the more likely it will be that your request can be accommodated.
Our live sessions are typically delivered on Zoom. Sometimes, other arrangements will have been agreed with organisations for which we are delivering an in-house course (such as the use of MS Teams, instead of Zoom). You will find the relevant link in your calendar invitation.
We recommend you update your Zoom app in advance of the session as this sometimes causes delays. However, it should be possible to join through a browser if you are unable to start the app.
Please contact [email protected] if you need further assistance.
Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. If you have been enrolled on the Learning Hub before, you will receive an email with a password reset link. If you still can’t gain access, contact [email protected].
This depends on the course. Where certificates are included, these are typically issued only once all of the course content has been completed or, where assessments are included, once a certain pass threshold has been reached. If you're on a programme with us through your employer, ask your organisation's contact. If you're taking a public course, feel free to contact the Learning Support team with your query at [email protected].
